I was hesitant to call Lynda & Paul as I thought they had the market cornered in realty so I thought I should give someone else the chance to earn money selling my house.

However, I could not negate the fact that despite who ever the competition may have been, houses still sold faster with Lynda & Paul! I had to meet them to see what they were doing differently and how it may have benefited me. I was impressed the moment I met them. Professionalism and expertise stood out. As this was my first house to sell, I had many questions and they took the time to answer all of them. Although their commission was "high" (so I thought) compared to some others I has seen advertised, I believe the investment was worth it. They have a very efficient team and they work to ensure a smooth sale from beginning to end.

 Everyone displayed the utmost professionalism, knowledge & were considerate to my personal demands and always willing to work with me on any matter. Enough can not be said for the many faces behind the scenes and for that, it was worth every penny.
